Green Pastures

Our lovely pigs (and cows) happily explore the green pastures day-in-day out. They get loads of sun, fresh air and all we feed them is grass. No additives, no taste enhancers. They aren't fed anything we wouldn't eat... if we were cows.

Salami Production

We use our own mixes & organic seasoning, with *very* old AND secret recipes passed down many generations to produce these del-ici-ous salamis. Oh yeah, it's a proper salami-making bonanza every quarter here at the farm.

Maturation

Our beautiful, tasteful salamis are matured in controlled homemade cellars. We employ just the right level of humidity and daily controls. This process is just as precise as making Swiss watches. True story.

Delivery

Sometimes it's hard for us to part, but all right, we'll ship them to you. Delivered in an air-sealed package, so you don't have to worry about anything going wrong. They're still delicious on the other end of the World. So they say.
